The Ukraine Guardian Fund a non-profit Donor Advised Fund, dedicated to providing necessary supplies, materiel, technology and humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian people.
The management team and advisory board consists of volunteers with decades of real world experience in defense, global supply chain & logistics management, finance, agricultural commodities, humanitarian aid distribution and national & international public policy administration.
Donations to the Ukraine Guardian Fund / SDG Impact Fund are tax deductible under the IRS guidelines for a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt public charity as described in the Internal Revenue Code Sections 501 (c)(3), 509 (a)(1), and 170 (b)(1)(A)(vi).
The Ukraine Guardian Fund's charter limits administrative overhead expenses to less than 5%, so you know that your donation is going directly to where it is needed most.
